About the Opportunity: The Education Specialist, Mathematics plays a key role in scaling the organization’s math education programs in the U.S. This position focuses on transforming how teachers approach math instruction by delivering tailored professional development and coaching. The role involves partnering closely with schools and districts to drive adoption and long\-term success of the programs. It contributes to enhancing teacher confidence and student engagement by fostering a shift toward classrooms where students actively reason and explore mathematical concepts. 3\. Responsibilities: • Serve as the Math Success specialist, transforming math teaching practices • Design and deliver personalized professional development and coaching plans • Coach teachers through classroom observations, live modeling, and feedback • Promote instructional shifts toward thinking classrooms with active student engagement • Measure and drive impacts on teacher confidence and student understanding • Lead math\-focused professional development sessions and workshops • Act as a trusted advisor to educators, supporting growth and overcoming challenges • Build and nurture a community of math educators within the region • Travel 30 to 50 percent of the time to schools and districts 4\. Requirements: • Strong background in math and teaching, preferably with elementary math teaching experience • Commitment to applying research to improve classroom outcomes • Experience building relationships with district\-level administrators or equivalent • Effective educator\-to\-educator communication skills • Hands\-on, proactive approach to developing new programs and solutions • Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with early\-stage challenges • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region 5\. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 base salary, OTE $95,000 with uncapped upside • 401(k) plan with 5% company match • Medical, dental, and vision insurance with 100% premium coverage 6\.
