- About the Opportunity:
The Chat Support Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication and support from initial inquiry through project completion. This role is essential in delivering timely, accurate information and ensuring client satisfaction, thereby supporting the overall success and reputation of the organization.
- Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Provide detailed information about landscaping services, pricing, and availability.
- Assist clients with scheduling consultations and service appointments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to billing, scheduling, or service feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with design and operations teams to coordinate services.
- Collect customer feedback to support service improvement.
- Manage multiple chat conversations while maintaining service quality.
- Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, contact center, or chat support roles.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
- High typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency with customer service software, CRM, and office applications.
- Access to reliable, high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
- Interest in horticulture, landscaping, or garden design is advantageous.
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Hourly wage of 22 to 25 USD, depending on experience.
