- Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and telephone.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions within established guidelines.
- Clarify and resolve product or service issues effectively.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams with proper follow-up.
- Relay customer feedback to product, marketing, and technical teams for service enhancement.
- Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
- Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or client support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with empathy.
- Effective problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM and customer service software.

- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Competitive hourly wage of $25 to $50 USD, based on experience.
