Sardar Group of Companies seeks a skilled Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join the Taj Residencia project team. The engineer is responsible for planning, supervising, and monitoring infrastructure works related to roads, sewerage, drainage, and water supply systems within the housing society. This role demands strict adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards to ensure high-quality execution. The candidate will lead a team of three, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to drive project success within scheduled timelines.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Infrastructure and possesses a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure development. They demonstrate strong expertise in infrastructure design, construction standards, cost estimation, and compliance management. Effective communication and reporting skills are essential for preparing progress reports and resolving technical challenges during project execution, ensuring that quality control and safety regulations are maintained throughout all stages of the infrastructure works.
Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and monitor the design and construction of infrastructure works including roads, sewerage, drainage, and water supply systems.
- Ensure the execution of infrastructure projects strictly follows approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of three civil engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support throughout project phases.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and multiple internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Review, verify, and approve engineering designs, bills of quantities (BOQs), and other technical documents to confirm accuracy and completeness.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures and ensure adherence to safety standards at all construction sites.
- Track project progress, prepare detailed status reports, and communicate updates to senior management and stakeholders regularly.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and operational issues encountered during project execution to maintain workflow.
- Manage cost estimation activities and ensure accurate budgeting aligned with project parameters.
- Maintain compliance with environmental regulations and company compliance management systems related to infrastructure development.
- Utilize specialized software tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, SAP2000, and Microsoft Project for design, analysis, and project scheduling.
- Conduct structural and geotechnical analysis and integrate findings into infrastructure planning and design.
- Perform risk assessments and apply quantitative risk analysis methods using appropriate risk software tools.
- Leverage 3D modeling software including Blender and 3ds Max for enhanced visualization and project presentations.
