Our client RMH Enterprise is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer - Project Management \& Construction in Lahore
RMH Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with substantial experience in construction projects, including houses and multistoreyed buildings. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in project management, construction management, site development, and construction project planning to ensure the successful completion of complex construction projects. This role requires overseeing all phases of civil engineering activities from initial planning and design through to execution and delivery.
The Civil Engineer will manage a team of 18 persons, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the team meets project goals efficiently and safely. The successful candidate uses proven skills in coordinating with different departments, managing resources, adhering to safety standards, and delivering quality results on time and within budget. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required to fulfill the Responsibilities
of this critical position within RMH Enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure projects, including houses and multistoreyed buildings.
- Manage all phases of construction projects from initial concept through completion, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, budget, and timelines.
- Lead and supervise a team of 18 staff members, facilitating collaboration and efficient workflow across various project tasks.
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to meet deadlines and deliver successful outcomes.
- Conduct site inspections and evaluations to assess conditions, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, building codes, and environmental policies throughout project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, contracts, and technical drawings.
- Identify risks associated with construction processes and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Implement best practices in construction project planning and management to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure projects meet established standards and client expectations.
- Conduct training and provide technical support to team members to enhance skills and maintain high performance levels.
