Senior Accountant

Our Client Eye Armour Tech (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a Senior Accountant

• Prepare, review, and maintain complete financial records in accordance with established accounting standards and company policies.
• Analyze financial data to produce accurate financial reports that assist management in decision-making.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled on a timely basis.
• Assist with the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and verifying financial information.
• Collaborate with finance team members to enhance and streamline accounting workflows and procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial information entered into accounting systems.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and SAP to manage and record financial transactions.
• Use advanced Microsoft Excel skills to generate complex spreadsheets, financial models, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare documentation and supporting schedules for audits and financial reviews.
• Identify discrepancies in financial documentation and conduct thorough investigations to resolve issues.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing necessary reconciliations and financial statements.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to gather necessary financial data and resolve any accounting queries.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to existing financial reporting processes.
