Petrosin Engineering Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Area Manager to oversee the complete operations of multiple service area facilities, including restaurants, retail outlets, and fuel stations. This role requires a strong focus on maintaining high standards in all areas such as maintenance, security, customer service, landscaping, and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience and demonstrated strong leadership skills to manage a team of 100 staff members effectively. Success in this role depends on the ability to meet operational targets independently while ensuring excellent service delivery and financial performance. The Service Area Manager leads the coordination and supervision of various service area components by providing guidance and support to staff, ensuring tenant coordination, and managing administrative and financial tasks. This position demands a proactive leader who emphasizes high customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies and industry standards. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to navigate the complexities of managing diverse operational segments and maintaining a positive environment for both employees and customers.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or related discipline
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across restaurants, retail outlets, fuel stations, and other service area facilities to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 100 staff members, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Oversee maintenance, security, landscaping, and cleanliness activities to uphold the quality and safety standards of the service areas.
- Coordinate with tenants and service providers to maintain strong partnerships and support operational requirements.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization to achieve company objectives.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within all service area operations.
- Analyze performance data, generate regular reports, and present findings to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Handle administrative tasks related to staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize productivity.
- Address customer service issues promptly and effectively, focusing on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Train and develop staff with a focus on skill enhancement, knowledge sharing, and career growth.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions and uphold service excellence.
