RMH Enterprise is seeking a dedicated and skilled Sub Engineer Civil to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in construction management within the housing sector and will be responsible for supervising a team of five personnel. This position involves overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with structural drawings, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout all phases of construction. The Sub Engineer Civil plays a critical role in coordinating various aspects of construction work to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and specifications.
The Sub Engineer Civil will support project planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential to guide the team, liaise with contractors and suppliers, and resolve any issues promptly. The individual must demonstrate strong expertise in construction management and structural drawing interpretation to drive successful project execution aligned with RMH Enterprise's commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of five construction personnel to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
- Interpret structural drawings accurately and translate them into practical construction plans and actions.
- Coordinate construction activities, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with project schedules and budgets.
- Oversee construction management tasks including site inspections, quality assurance, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve any on-site issues and maintain project continuity.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports related to construction progress, resource use, and project milestones.
- Implement best practices and continuously improve construction processes to enhance productivity and quality.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with applicable local codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
- Support procurement activities and resource planning to meet the demands of ongoing housing projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff to build team capability and performance.
