Alternatively, candidates with a minimum of five years post-PhD teaching or research experience meeting similar criteria are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive lectures and practical sessions in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, and related subjects.

- Conduct original research projects and contribute to scholarly knowledge through publications in reputed journals.
- Supervise postgraduate research, guiding students through thesis development and research methodology.
- Participate in academic committees and contribute to policy formulation and implementation at the departmental and university levels.
- Collaborate with national and international academic and professional organizations to promote research and educational initiatives.
- Engage in professional development activities to remain current with innovations and advancements in pharmacy education and research.
- Provide academic mentorship and support to students to foster their professional and personal growth.
- Contribute to the assessment and evaluation of students' academic performance and develop appropriate improvement measures.
