Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and instructional sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Islamic Studies, emphasizing Quranic Studies, Hadith Literature, and Islamic Jurisprudence.
- Design, update, and enhance course curricula to ensure academic relevance, quality, and alignment with current developments in Islamic Studies.
- Conduct rigorous scholarly research and actively contribute articles to reputable HEC-recognized journals and other academic publications.
- Supervise and guide student research projects, supporting academic inquiry, research methodology, and critical thinking.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, academic events, seminars, and institutional development initiatives to contribute to educational excellence.
- Provide academic advising and mentoring to students, fostering their intellectual and personal growth within the Islamic Studies domain.
- Maintain a strong academic presence by staying informed about new trends, discoveries, and scholarly debates in Islamic Theology, Quranic Studies, Hadith, and related fields.
- Collaborate with faculty members and university administration in contributing to the ongoing advancement and reputation of the Islamic Studies department.
