The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction or manufacturing sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising site workers, coordinating with clients and vendors, managing resources, enforcing safety protocols, and monitoring progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines. **Qualifications** * Proven skills in site supervision, resource allocation, and project coordination * Knowledge of construction processes, steel structures, and pre\-engineered buildings * Familiarity with safety protocols, regulatory compliance standards, and quality assurance in construction * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills * Proficiency in project reporting and documentation * Ability to work effectively in an on\-site environment in Kasur * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred * Previous experience in construction or steel structure projects is advantageous
