Role Description The Erection Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kasur, responsible for overseeing the erection and installation of pre-engineered buildings, steel structures, storage tanks, conveyors, and related components. The role includes planning daily site activities, assigning tasks to erection teams, and ensuring that work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The Erection Supervisor monitors construction progress, inspects ongoing work, coordinates with project managers and clients, and resolves site issues in a timely manner. A key part of the role is enforcing construction safety practices, conducting toolbox talks, and ensuring the proper use of equipment and personal protective gear. The position requires maintaining accurate site records, reporting daily progress, and collaborating with engineering and fabrication teams to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience, including managing erection crews and coordinating multiple site activities.
- Candidates should have effective Communication abilities to interact with site teams, project managers, clients, and vendors.
- Candidates should be proficient in Inspection and quality control of steel structures and related installations.
- Candidates should demonstrate solid knowledge of Construction Safety standards and practices, including risk assessment and safe work procedures.
- Diploma or degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in steel structure erection, pre-engineered buildings, or industrial construction projects is highly beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, erection plans, and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in demanding site conditions.
