Job Description – HR Manager / Senior Manager HR Location\-Goregaon\-Mumbai\-WFO Exp\-8\-15 Role Purpose Will act as a strategic HR partner for the driving organization effectiveness, leadership enablement, talent strategy, employee engagement, and performance management across a fast\-paced banking technology environment. The role requires a strong balance of business partnership, execution rigor, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a high\-growth, matrix\-driven environment. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategic HR Business Partnering** * Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business priorities and growth plans. * Drive workforce planning, organization structuring, and succession planning initiatives. * Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on people, culture, and organizational effectiveness. **Talent Management \& Leadership Hiring** * Work closely with leadership teams on critical hiring initiatives across business and technology functions. * Support leadership assessment, talent reviews, and high\-potential identification programs. * Build strong internal talent pipelines for key strategic roles. **Performance \& Employee Effectiveness** * Drive performance management cycles, goal alignment, and capability development initiatives. * Partner with managers to improve productivity, accountability, and team effectiveness. * Enable a high\-performance culture with strong ownership and execution mindset. **Employee Engagement \& Culture** * Drive employee engagement initiatives across business units and geographies. * Address employee concerns with maturity, confidentiality, and balanced judgment. * Partner with leaders to improve retention, morale, and organizational culture. **HR Operations \& Governance** * Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance, and governance frameworks. * Collaborate with COEs including Talent Acquisition, Compensation \& Benefits, L\&D, and HR Operations. * Drive HR analytics, reporting, and data\-driven decision making. **Change Management** * Support business transformation, restructuring, and organization change initiatives. * Enable leadership communication and transition management during periods of growth or change. **Desired Candidate Profile** * MBA / PGDM in HR from a reputed institution. * 8–15 years of HRBP / HR Generalist experience in Banking, BFSI, FinTech, IT Services, or Product Organizations. * Strong exposure to business partnering with senior leadership teams. * Experience supporting technology and delivery organizations is preferred. * Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability. * Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and execution skills. * Ability to operate in high\-pressure, fast\-changing environments. * Strong understanding of performance management, talent strategy, and organizational development.
