Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in HR department operations.
- Extensive knowledge of employment \& labor law, HR legal compliance, and regulatory standards such as OSHA and FMLA.
- Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, talent management, project management, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly while fostering positive employee relations.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in personnel administration, data collection, conflict management, and administrative tasks.
- Ability to lead training \& development initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
