Sales Manager

Jumeirah Beach Hotel

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Support the execution of annual sales and commercial plans for the European market, aligned with revenue targets and KPIs.
- Manage and grow assigned leisure and consortia accounts by identifying new business opportunities and maximizing room night production.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, Global Sales Offices, internal teams, and key stakeholders to drive revenue and loyalty.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer insights, account performance, and sales forecasts to support business development.
- Represent Jumeirah at sales calls, trade shows, sales missions, client events, and familiarisation trips while supporting marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate customer requirements with hotel teams, and act as a Jumeirah brand ambassador.
About you
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within an international luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
- Proven experience managing leisure, consortia, or European market accounts, with a strong understanding of key source markets.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify business opportunities, manage account performance, and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence representing the brand at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
