About the Job
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for signature dining outlets, aligning with overall F\&B objectives and brand standards.
- Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery and superior guest satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to maintain food quality, consistency, and innovation in menu offerings.
- Drive revenue through strategic pricing, upselling initiatives, and promotional campaigns in partnership with marketing.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is essential.
- Advanced certifications in F\&B Management, Leadership, or related areas are desirable.
- 8–10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, including senior leadership roles within F\&B operations.
- Proven experience in fine dining, signature restaurants, or high-end F\&B operations is preferred.
