Sales Manager

**Sales Manager (Module) – Automotive** **Location:** Pooler, GA **Compensation:** $110,000–$130,000 base salary \+ car and gas allowance We are seeking a highly driven **Sales Manager (Module)** to lead key client relationships and drive cost, quality, and delivery performance within a fast\-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical capability, project management experience, and a background in automotive parts production, particularly within Just\-in\-Sequence (JIS) operations. Key Responsibilities * Analyze product costs using Excel; support pricing strategy and cost optimization * Prepare presentations and reports to track development processes and project progress * Build and maintain strong client relationships; ensure timely and accurate quoting * Lead cross\-functional project management efforts (Purchasing, R\&D, Quality, Delivery, Cost) * Evaluate and adjust pricing based on material, logistics, and market fluctuations * Review cost standards and bill of materials for manufactured products * Develop mid\- to long\-term sales and business plans * Maintain mold cost database and analyze performance metrics * Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders * Supervise and coordinate activities of team members Qualifications **Required:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience * Experience with Just\-in\-Sequence (JIS) processes in the automotive industry * Strong analytical ability, including interpreting engineering drawings * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP * Strong communication and problem\-solving skills **Preferred:** * 5\+ years in automotive parts manufacturing (injection/steel parts) * Experience across SQA, procurement, development, or manufacturing control * Background in automotive assembly/manufacturing * Korean/English bilingual is a plus Additional Details * Supervisory responsibilities included * Office\-based role with regular movement between facilities * Valid driver’s license required This is a high\-impact opportunity to lead in a dynamic automotive environment with competitive compensation and strong growth potential.
