$60,000 – $65,000

We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented
**Accountant**
to join a well\-established and highly respected company in Brooklet, GA. This role is ideal for a
**self\-starter**
who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and is comfortable managing accounting functions within a small office setting.
This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the accounting process while supporting the overall financial health and operations of the business.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform
**monthly balance sheet analysis and account reconciliations**
* Process
**weekly payroll**
* Manage
**Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)**
* Handle
**invoicing and billing**
processes
* Assist with
**financial reporting and business planning initiatives**
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance
* Support general office operations as needed
**What We’re Looking For**
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
* 3\+ years of accounting experience (preferred)
* Strong knowledge of
**full\-cycle accounting processes**
* Experience with payroll, AP/AR, and financial reporting
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast\-paced environment
* Strong communication skills with a proactive, self\-driven mindset
* Comfortable working in a small office with a broad scope of responsibilities
