IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Be responsible for maintaining and updating litigation records and case files, ensuring accurate legal documentation and case tracking. It also liaises with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely legal advice, support case management, and ensure effective coordination on legal matters.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and obtain timely approvals to manage court notices, law enforcement matters, and regulatory proceedings involving PTCL Group.
- Lead the handling of critical litigation and urgent legal matters by providing prompt support to internal stakeholders across the organization.
- Provide legal opinions, research, presentations, and advisory support to business functions to facilitate informed decision-making and operational compliance.
- Manage recovery-related legal cases, including franchisee and customer defaults, as well as site dismantling matters.
- Collaborate closely with external counsel to develop litigation strategies, monitor case progress, and pursue favorable legal outcomes for the organization.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification
- Minimum : LL.B
- Preference : LL.M
Competencies:
- Knowledge of Land Litigation
- Good commuincation skills
- Team Handling
