Position Title

Manager HR Operations

Position Summary:

Manager- HR Operations oversees end‑to‑end HR processes, ensuring seamless HR service delivery, policy implementation, and compliance. The role manages Performance Management Systems, drives HR budgeting and workforce planning, and provides data‑driven insights through advanced HR analytics to support strategic decision‑making and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Job Description:

HR Operations Management

  • Oversee end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, exits, transfers, letters, HR helpdesk).
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, and audit requirements across HR Ops functions.
  • Lead a team to deliver consistent, high‑quality HR services.
  • Establish, monitor, and improve SOPs and service standards.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Payroll, Finance, Admin, IT) for seamless employee experience.

Annual Compensation Review Cycle

  • Lead end‑to‑end Compensation Review Cycle including planning, timelines, calibration management, and system readiness.
  • Work closely with C\&B on salary benchmarking, merit and bonus allocations, and internal parity checks.
  • Support communication, guidelines, and training for managers during the compensation cycle.
  • Ensure data accuracy, approvals, and governance through all stages

HR Analytics \& Reporting

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, MIS, and analytical reports for leadership.
  • Drive data accuracy, standardization, and governance across all HR systems.
  • Provide insights on workforce trends (attrition, hiring, productivity, talent movement, headcount).
  • Partner with HRBPs and COEs to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Budgeting, Headcount \& MPC Management

  • Lead annual HR budgeting cycles in partnership with Finance and business leaders.
  • Manage and track manpower costs (MPC) including forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Monitor approved vs. actual headcount, open positions, and cost implications.
  • Drive adherence to headcount governance, approvals, and controls.

HR Automation \& Process Improvement

  • Identify automation opportunities across HR processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Partner with IT and system vendors to implement HR tech enhancements (HRIS, workflows, dashboards).
  • Drive digitization initiatives and streamline manual processes through technology solutions.
  • Ensure system stability, data integrity, and continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate (Preferably B.Com) with PG in Human Resources.

Work Experience:

The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional with 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in managing comprehensive HR Operations, including employee lifecycle management, compliance, and policy implementation. They should possess strong expertise in Performance Management Systems (PMS), Annual Compensation Review (ACR), and HR MIS reporting, with proven ability in HR budgeting, workforce planning, and data‑driven analytics. The candidate must bring a track record of process excellence, stakeholder management, and driving operational efficiency within a dynamic HR environment. Experience in Pharm industry will be preferred.
