Legal Advisor : UAE Real Estate Group
- CEO-facing role in large UAE group structure
- Must have UAE Real Estate sector experience and Legal License
About Our Client A diversified UAE-based group operating across multiple business units, with a centralised legal function supporting complex, high-value projects. The legal team plays a critical role in governance, compliance, and strategic decision-making at leadership level.
Job Description
- Act as primary legal advisor to CEO and senior stakeholders
- Lead legal support across multiple group entities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts
- Establish and manage governance and compliance frameworks
- Oversee litigation and manage external legal counsel
- Support M\&A, restructuring, and major transactions
- Develop internal legal policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
- LLB qualified with an active legal practicing license
- 10+ years' experience in corporate/commercial law
- UAE experience is essential
- Background in real estate, projects, or infrastructure is essential
- Strong expertise in contracts, governance, and compliance
- Proven experience advising senior leadership teams
