About The Role We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our remote team, supporting our operations within the Mountain and Pacific Time Zones. In this role, you will operate within a corporate culture that emphasizes Performance, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, and Celebration as core drivers of success. Your primary responsibilities will include fostering positive employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting organizational development initiatives. You will partner closely with leadership to address employee concerns, manage performance and talent programs, and contribute to a healthy, engaging work environment. The HR Manager will also handle sensitive investigations, review internal promotions, and spearhead special HR projects, all while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of employment laws relevant to the assigned area (preferred)
  • Outstanding listening and relationship management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to work during business hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with leadership to develop and maintain positive employee relations within your assigned area
  • Drive participation, execution, and completion of performance management and talent development programs
  • Assist with employee investigations by interviewing complainants and witnesses, ensuring thorough documentation
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employment and workplace regulations to mitigate legal risks
  • Provide counsel and resolve employee relations issues, including manager/employee conflicts, engagement concerns, and policy adherence
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information, navigating escalated HR issues with professionalism
  • Review and process internal promotions, re-hire requests, and organizational changes
  • Lead HR initiatives, research new practices, and recommend innovative solutions for organizational improvement
  • Support special projects and contribute to continuous HR process enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and company policies at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support HR and organizational goals
