Job Description
Role:
The HR Manager is responsible for independently leading and managing the full spectrum of HR activities for the facility management entity HR function of the organization The role covers Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Visa \& Government Relations, Talent Management, Employee Experience, Onboarding \& Offboarding, and Office Administration Management. The HR Manager will ensure that HR strategies, policies, and practices are aligned with organizational goals and compliant with UAE labor laws, providing proactive support to the operational and corporate leadership teams.
Roles, Responsibilities, Duties
- Talent Acquisition (Recruitment \& Onboarding)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and hiring across all levels.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programs ensuring smooth new joiner integration.
- Maintain and update manpower plans aligned with the organizational structure.
- Support Emiratization initiatives and internship program management.
- Develop and maintain updated job descriptions.
- Administer aptitude and psychometric assessments.
- Prepare offer letters.
- Manage outsourced manpower staff and vendor relationships.
- Ensure timely creation of employee folders for new joiners and transfers.
Total Rewards – Compensation \& Benefits
• Manage monthly payroll (additions, deductions) and master employee data.
- Administer HRIS (SAP) system updates related to employment engagements and exits.
- Handle exit clearance, final settlements, promotions, transfers, and benefits administration (housing, education, air ticket allowances, reimbursements, etc.).
- Manage HRIS system developments and automations.
- Review business expense \& other reimbursement e.g. Travel / training etc.
- Archive employee records systematically.
3. Visa \& Government Relations
- Manage all MOHRE and Immigration system-related activities including onboarding, renewals, and transfers.
- Oversee employee visa expiry trackers and proactive renewal management. • Schedule and track medical tests, Emirates ID issuance, and distribution.
- Coordinate with PROs for documentation support.
- Administer UAE and GCC pension fund processes.
4. Talent Management
- Lead the end-to-end Performance Management Cycle and generate reports.
- Conduct PMS training for line managers and employees.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. • Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
Experience and Competencies:
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. • Proven experience managing HR operations in facility management, construction, or asset management sectors preferred.
- Strong background in UAE labor laws, HR systems (preferably SAP), payroll management, and visa processing.
