Job Description

We're looking for an innovative, proactive HR Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. As a trusted business partner, you will support managers and the leadership team by providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, leadership coaching, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. This role is more than traditional HR — it requires strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

  • Manage the day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, workers' compensation, performance reviews, and policy interpretation.
  • Conduct and oversee workplace investigations and provide practical, business-focused solutions that minimize organizational risk.
  • Serve as the Tier 2 escalation for complex employee relations matters.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2–3 HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and accountability.
  • Coach leaders through employee relations, performance management, organizational change, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Drive innovative HR initiatives that improve leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, retention, and organizational performance.
  • Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and the employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies, and stay current on changing employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Leverage HR technology, including AI tools, to improve efficiency, reporting, decision-making, and service delivery.

  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Experienced user of Workday HCM

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting multi-site operations.
  • Hospitality, retail, property management, or similar industry experience preferred.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus

Hybrid role based in Dallas, TX or Orlando, FL. Local candidates only; relocation is not available.
