Located in the Boston area, FoundryCo operates with a global perspective, emphasizing sustainable growth and strategic development across all levels of its operations. **About The Role** FoundryCo, Inc. is seeking a confident, strategic, and business‑focused HR Manager to join our team in the Boston area. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Human Resources, the HR Manager will oversee all HR initiatives for our U.S.\-based employees. This role requires building strong partnerships across various business units, providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees at all levels, and developing innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs. The HR Manager will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience by participating in ongoing People initiatives, contributing to HR task teams, and supporting organizational growth. The successful candidate will develop a comprehensive understanding of FoundryCo’s business objectives and translate these insights into effective HR strategies that promote both employee engagement and organizational performance. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field * 5\+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager roles * Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail * Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders * Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization * Prior experience in recruitment and developing creative business solutions * Experience facilitating resolutions in fast\-paced, dynamic work environments * Knowledge of US employment law and legal compliance is a plus **Responsibilities** * Serve as a trusted change agent, assisting leaders and teams in navigating organizational change with effective communication, clarity, and empathy * Partner with functional and group leaders to understand business priorities and ensure organizational structures support current and future needs * Drive an exceptional employee experience through onboarding, assimilation, and managing offboarding processes, including exit interviews and trend analysis * Lead and resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and sound judgment, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes * Coach managers on performance management practices, including goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans * Promote consistency in HR policies and practices across the organization * Support reorganizations, workforce planning, and broader organizational development initiatives * Collaborate with HR team members to implement cohesive, impactful HR programs and initiatives * Provide guidance on compensation planning, partnering with managers to ensure fair and data\-informed decisions * Independently manage recruitment processes for various roles as needed **Benefits** * Competitive salary range between $100,000 and $110,000, commensurate with experience * Discretionary bonuses and incentive pay opportunities * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans * Paid time off and holiday leave * Professional development and training opportunities * Flexible work arrangements during initial remote work period, transitioning to in\-office presence in Boston * Supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and equity Equal Opportunity FoundryCo, Inc. is an equal\-opportunity employer.
