Job Description

Onboarding Manager will lead and oversee the coordination of onboarding and related employee services activities, working closely with the Recruitment team to ensure seamless administration of new joiner formalities in line with business requirements and established policies.

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Contract: 1-year

Key Accountabilities

  • Implement and ensure adherence to HR onboarding policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Oversee daily onboarding and recruitment administration operations.
  • Support budget preparation and monitor financial performance of the function.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction programs, ensuring smooth employee integration.
  • Lead onboarding initiatives (e.g., AMP, Al Nokhatha) and act as a point of contact for new hires.
  • Handle immigration processes including visas, permits, and renewals in compliance with UAE laws.
  • Manage candidate communication, offer letters, and coordination with Talent Acquisition.
  • Oversee personnel administration (entry permits, security clearances, documentation).
  • Support employee services (schooling insights, accommodation planning).
  • Supervise and guide team members across locations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Operates within established policies with flexibility in execution.
  • Works under general supervision with review of outcomes.

Qualifications \& Skills

  • Education:

Bachelor’s in HR or equivalent (postgraduate preferred).

  • Experience:

6–8 years in onboarding/recruitment, including 3+ years in leadership roles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
