Job Description
Sr Employee Experience Partner is responsible for day-to-day management, guidance, support, and expertise in the implementation and administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs. This position manages the employee experience, offering direction for employees and managers through onboarding, self-service tools, and human resources shared services. This role supports the execution of local human resources programs and initiatives, including separation procedures and document management. In addition, this position actively participates in providing outstanding customer service. Additionally, this role maintains respectful relationships with all employees.
Partners with related departments in workforce planning and organizational design meetings, conducting initial consultations and managing follow-up activities. Supports hiring managers with interview preparation and serves as a liaison for candidate and new hire experience
components. Stays up-to-date on regulatory and legal requirements impacting human resources, identifying and escalating issues, risks, and non-compliance. Tracks compliance with performance management processes and manages separation of work processes, including exit interviews. Supports special compensation programs, employee wellness program administration, and tuition reimbursement programs. Manages and supports employee events, projects, and communication, including service awards programs, job fairs, and open enrollment events. Consults and supports managers on human resources compliance and regulatory requirements, participating in policy
recommendation and revision. Serves as a change agent for operating model and strategic initiatives, acting as a super user for human resources technology systems and processes. Other duties as assigned. Assists with research for policies, training, strategic planning, and other human resource issues. Facilitates employee experience services, including onboarding, regulatory compliance, and key human resources projects. Coordinates office administrative support with excellent customer service skills, promoting the human resources operating model. Leads human resources programs and initiatives at a local level, such as employee engagement and recognition events, and new hire orientation.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) [Required]
- Working knowledge of or aptitude to learn human resources disciplines applicable for assigned duties [Required]

- Project management and consulting experience [Preferred]
Education:
- Associate's [Required]
- Bachelor's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- in human resources, business or related field
Work Experience:
- 2+ years of human resources, administrative, or related experience [Required]
Additional Information:
An equivalent combination of education ad relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
- Associates degree AND 2+ years of experience OR
- High School Grad or Equivalent AND 4+ years of experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) [Preferred]
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) [Preferred]
