Job Description
**Disputes Lawyer (3–6 PQE) – Commercial Litigation / Arbitration**
We are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Disputes Lawyer with 3–6 years’ post\-qualification experience to join a highly regarded disputes practice.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high\-value disputes across a broad range of sectors, including commercial litigation, international arbitration, shareholder disputes, contractual claims, and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise clients on a wide range of commercial disputes and contentious matters.
* Assist in managing litigation and arbitration proceedings from inception through to resolution.
* Draft pleadings, submissions, witness statements, correspondence, and settlement documentation.
* Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients on dispute resolution options.
* Support partners and senior lawyers on high\-profile and cross\-border matters.
* Liaise with clients, experts, external counsel, and arbitral institutions where required.
* Participate in hearings, mediations, and case management processes.
Requirements
* 3–6 years’ PQE gained at a reputable international or leading regional law firm.
* Strong experience in commercial litigation and/or arbitration.
* Excellent drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills.
* Exposure to complex cross\-border disputes is highly desirable.
* Strong academic background and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
* Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential
