Job Title: Corporate Associate (3–5 PQE)

A top-tier US law firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced
Corporate Associate (3–5 years PQE)
to join its expanding corporate practice. The team advises on high-value cross-border transactions across the Middle East, Europe, and the US, with a strong focus on private and public M\&A, joint ventures, and complex corporate structuring.
The Role
The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of high-profile matters, including:
- Cross-border M\&A (public and private)
- Private equity investments and disposals
- Joint ventures and strategic partnerships
- Corporate structuring and reorganisations
- General corporate advisory work for multinational clients
You will work closely with leading partners on complex, headline transactions, gaining significant client exposure and responsibility within a high-performing international team.
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a
3–5 PQE corporate lawyer
who meets the following criteria
- Trained and/or qualified at a leading
Magic Circle or US law firm
- Strong experience in M\&A and general corporate transactions
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
- High academic achievement and strong technical grounding in corporate law
- Commercially minded with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment
