Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and document technical solutions (code, scripts, processes) as per organizational standards
Deliver high-quality engineering outputs and mentor junior engineers on technical best practices
Solve complex technical problems and build reusable components/libraries with wider impact
Design integrated, scalable, and reliable systems aligned with organizational best practices
Anticipate and mitigate scaling, latency, and durability challenges
Drive platform resiliency improvements across systems
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for system issues and drive corrective actions
Identify improvement areas and implement enhancements in team delivery practices
Integrate security best practices early in system design in collaboration with security teams
Evaluate technical risks and guide teams on mitigation strategies
