About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic DevOps team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure across multi-cloud environments including AWS, GCP, and Azure. Your expertise will enable us to optimize modern containerized workloads, manage high-throughput messaging systems, and ensure deep observability across our entire technology stack. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex cloud architecture, automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC), contributing directly to the stability and efficiency of our deployment pipelines and operational processes.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or Cloud Engineer.
- Deep expertise in AWS with production-level experience in GCP or Azure; familiarity with all three cloud providers is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Pulumi utilizing Python for infrastructure automation.
- Hands-on experience managing and orchestrating workloads with AWS ECS and EKS (Kubernetes).
- Advanced knowledge of GitHub Actions for workflow automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience scaling and troubleshooting messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, and AWS SQS.
- Proficiency in configuring and tuning Elasticsearch and/or OpenSearch clusters.
- Experience migrating legacy application servers like JBOSS, WebLogic into containerized cloud environments.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, and New Relic.
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices including container security, dependency management, and secrets automation.
- Proven ability to optimize cloud costs across multi-cloud environments (FinOps).
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive approach to automation, and technical debt reduction.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Architect and maintain infrastructure using Pulumi with Python, ensuring repeatability and reliability of deployments.
- Develop and optimize containerized application workloads utilizing AWS ECS and EKS.
- Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for seamless application delivery.
- Administer, scale, and troubleshoot messaging queues and event-streaming platforms such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, and SQS.
- Manage and optimize enterprise search clusters using Elasticsearch and OpenSearch.
- Support and migrate legacy Java workloads (JBOSS, WebLogic) into modern cloud environments.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, and New Relic.
- Implement DevSecOps best practices including container security scanning, dependency alerts, and secrets management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability, reduce alert noise, and streamline runbooks.
- Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives and implement FinOps strategies.
- Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues to ensure high availability and performance.
