We are looking for enthusiastic professionals with International Voice Process experience to join our team in Bangalore (Whitefield).

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Customer Support
Handle inbound customer calls and provide updates on SR/ASR/Incident progress.
Update tickets with relevant comments to facilitate faster resolution.
Guide customers on creating Service Requests, ASRs, and Incidents appropriately.
Enable customers to leverage self-service capabilities.
Review and validate ticket priorities based on business requirements.
Assist customers with lead times and stakeholder connections.
Support customers in scheduling expert consultations.
First-Level Resolution \& Case Management
Monitor inbound emails and manually create cases when required.
Dispatch unassigned cases to the appropriate regional teams and processors.
Support shift coordinators and leadership teams with operational activities.
Resolve customer issues independently and proactively prevent SLA breaches.
Collaborate with stakeholders on documentation, reporting, and service delivery.
Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and teamwork.
Required Skills
✔ 1–3 years of International Voice Process experience is mandatory
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Strong customer handling and stakeholder management skills
✔ Analytical mindset with the ability to work across multiple systems
✔ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
✔ Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
✔ Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
