Job Description
Job Summary
ibex. for one of its global clients is seeking a highly organized and proactive CSR – HVAC for a night shift role to support and streamline residential HVAC installation projects. In this role, you will act as the central point of coordination between Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Installation Teams, and customers, ensuring every project is prepared accurately and executed efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Coordinate residential HVAC installation projects from initiation through completion.
- Prepare complete and accurate installation job packets and project documentation.
- Order, track, and verify HVAC equipment, materials, and supplies for installation projects.
- Coordinate schedules, manpower, equipment, and material availability with internal teams.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding project timelines and updates.
- Process permits and ensure compliance with local regulations and installation requirements.
- Create invoices, maintain job costing records, and update project information within ServiceTitan or similar systems.
- Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and resolve scheduling, permitting, equipment, or material challenges before they impact project delivery.
- Support installation teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and on schedule.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all project-related information is up to date.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the installation lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum
3 years of HVAC industry experience
preferred.
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, installation processes, and related equipment.
- Knowledge of thermostats, indoor air quality (IAQ) products, duct systems, and HVAC components.
- Familiarity with local permitting requirements and mechanical codes.
- Experience with
ServiceTitan
or similar field service management software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related business applications is an advantage.
