Hiring: Engineer – Civil Maintenance
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are hiring an
Engineer – Civil Maintenance
for one of our leading
Government clients
in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute preventive and corrective civil maintenance activities for buildings, preferably transmission substations, while ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair civil infrastructure to ensure operational reliability.
- Apply sound knowledge of building design, specifications, and maintenance practices.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and maintain accurate records using relevant systems, preferably SAP.
Requirements
- Proven experience in civil maintenance of buildings with a reputed construction or maintenance company.
- Thorough knowledge of building design, specifications, and civil maintenance practices.
- Experience in maintenance of transmission substations will be an added advantage.

Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
- Good computer proficiency; experience with
SAP
is preferred.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
