Butler Manager – Luxury Hospitality Property

We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented
Butler Manager
to lead and oversee the Butler Services team within a prestigious
5-star luxury property in Dubai
. This role is ideal for a highly polished hospitality professional with a passion for personalized guest experiences, luxury service excellence, and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of butler services, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency while maintaining the property's reputation for exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Butler Services department, ensuring seamless delivery of luxury guest experiences
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate the butler team to consistently exceed guest expectations
- Ensure all VIP, long-stay, and high-profile guests receive personalized and memorable service throughout their stay
- Maintain the highest standards of guest engagement, anticipating needs and delivering bespoke solutions
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Food \& Beverage, and other departments to ensure flawless service delivery
- Develop and implement service standards, operating procedures, and training programs aligned with luxury hospitality benchmarks
- Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and service recovery initiatives, ensuring prompt resolution of concerns
- Manage butler scheduling, staffing levels, performance evaluations, and succession planning
- Ensure accurate handling of guest preferences, profiles, and special requests
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum
3–5 years of experience
as a Butler Manager, Assistant Butler Manager, or similar leadership role within
luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end hospitality environments
- Extensive knowledge of
luxury butler service standards and VIP guest management
- Previous experience within a
5-star hotel or luxury hospitality brand
is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills
- Excellent communication and guest relations abilities
- Fluency in
English
is required; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong understanding of luxury guest preferences, cultural sensitivities, and personalized service delivery
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Currently based in UAE or willing to relocate

Work Schedule
This position follows an operational schedule based on luxury hospitality requirements. Working hours may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays, particularly during peak seasons, VIP arrivals, special events, and high occupancy periods. Weekly days off are rotational and subject to operational needs.
