Accountant - Ecommerce

Job Purpose

We are looking for an E-Commerce Accountant to manage accounting activities related to online sales channels such as Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms. The role involves billing, collections, stock reconciliation, account reconciliation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare billing and invoices for e-commerce channels based on monthly sales reports.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and collections.
• Perform stock reconciliation with e-commerce partners and marketplaces.
• Conduct account reconciliations and prepare related reports.
• Maintain accurate records of online sales, returns, and adjustments.
• Support day-to-day e-commerce accounting operations and month-end activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or distribution.
• Experience working with platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Shopify, or similar marketplaces.
• Good knowledge of account reconciliation, inventory reconciliation, and collections.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
