Fulcrum is seeking an experienced
Academic Lead
on behalf of its client in the
education sector.
Based in
Karachi
, this role offers the opportunity to drive
academic excellence
through curriculum development, program design, quality assurance, and teacher training initiatives.
Location: PECHS, Karachi

Salary Budget: Upto 160,000
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: MondayโSaturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM โ 6:00 PM
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
โ Lead and mentor the academic team
โ Design and review SNC-aligned Project-Based Learning (PBL) programs
โ Ensure academic quality across learning resources, assessments, and training materials
โ Conduct teacher training sessions at partner schools
โ Develop academic content, rubrics, worksheets, and instructional resources
โ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program implementation
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โ Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
โ 3โ5 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, teacher training, or academic coordination
โ Strong understanding of SNC learning outcomes and PBL methodologies
โ Excellent communication, writing, and facilitation skills
โ Experience leading academic teams or educational projects is highly preferred
