Department: SAP Applications (IT Division)
Industry: Automotive Manufacturing
Location: Bin Qasim, Karachi *(Pick \& Drop Provided)*
Experience: 2–5 Years
Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Certification: SAP S/4HANA Customer Service (CS) Certification *(Preferred)*
Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for one of its valued clients in the Automotive Manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP Customer Service (CS) processes.
- Manage Service Notifications, Service Orders, Service Contracts, Warranty Management, and Installed Base Management.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot SAP CS-related issues.
- Gather business requirements and prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
- Coordinate with ABAP developers for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP SD, MM, PM, and FI modules.
- Conduct end-user training and maintain process documentation.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP CS.
- Strong understanding of SAP Customer Service business processes.
- Experience in SAP CS configuration, support, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Customer Service is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, API integrations, and LSMW is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
