- Built the multi-tenant campaign system that runs automated outbound calls, SMS/MMS, and email to leads with no human in the loop - Designed isolation with per-tenant secret and credential management and org-scoped configuration - Used Cloudflare Durable Objects for per-call state and Cloudflare Queues for reliable async processing between microservices - Built the real-time audio pipeline that transcodes between Twilio’s mulaw/8kHz and the AI models’ PCM and mixes in background ambience, so single-channel calls sound like a real call center - Designed an end-to-end simulation harness that drives AI test agents through the real call system across 20+ scenarios, verifying event logs to catch regressions before merge - Added the AI agent’s mid-call function-calling tools: transfer to a realtor, merge into a Twilio conference, look up calendar availability, and end the call - Integrated Gemini as an LLM provider alongside OpenAI behind a provider layer, including Gemini Live for native-audio phone calls - Built customer-facing React dashboards (Zustand) with an Elasticsearch-backed analytics view for live campaigns, and integrated Zoom SSO calendar scheduling - Set up tracing (OpenTelemetry to Grafana) across 13+ Cloudflare Workers and wrote unit, Playwright end-to-end, and k6 load tests so we could catch when something broke before it reached production

- Designed the file-management system for an EDMS project, with versioned document storage on AWS S3 - Added scheduled jobs (Celery beat) to the EDMS for recurring tasks like document-expiry checks and renewal reminders - Built a ticketing portal microservice end to end on my own (Python, Flask, PostgreSQL, Docker), using Celery with a RabbitMQ broker for async tasks like email notifications - Developed Python backend services for IaaS and PaaS offerings, and handled deployments across environments with Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Ansible - Wrote bash scripts to automate parts of the CI/CD pipeline and cut down manual release work
