Our tutors choose the jobs that fit their expertise and schedule, and our growing partnerships with school districts mean a steady pipeline of meaningful work — especially in special education, where demand continues to outpace supply. **Requirements** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree required (degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred) * Experience working with students who have learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, or other special education needs — whether as a credentialed SPED teacher, paraprofessional, interventionist, or tutor * Familiarity with IEPs, 504 plans, and common accommodations (extended time, chunked instruction, multi\-sensory approaches, etc.) * Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations * Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online * Ability to pass a background check * Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace **Preferred (not Required)** * Active or previous teaching credential, especially in Special Education * Experience with specific methodologies such as Orton\-Gillingham, Wilson Reading, or structured literacy * Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus **Benefits** * Flexible schedule — work when you want * 100% remote * Set your own hourly rate * Consistent flow of students matched to your expertise * Opportunity to make a real difference for students who need it most
