We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Develop custom software within an Agile framework, focusing on new and existing applications
- Configure, analyze, and maintain program code to support business processes and minimize technical debt
- Participate in application development utilizing Java, Spring Framework, and other modern technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring seamless application performance
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the quality and performance of assigned applications
- Adapt to various roles and functions, proactively contributing to problem-solving and innovation
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Bootstrap, Hibernate, HTML5, and Web Services
- Intermediate SQL skills and demonstrable experience in large-scale web application development
- Foundational skills in analytical thinking, requirements analysis, and technical troubleshooting
- Experience with version control tools like Git and proficiency in Object-Oriented analysis and programming
- Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and fix software defects and configuration issues effectively
