Site Engineer – Solar EPC

The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing on\-site solar installations, ensuring smooth execution of projects, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting after\-sales service for existing systems. **Key Responsibilities:\-** **Site Execution \& Installation** * Manage day\-to\-day site activities for solar system installations * Ensure timely delivery and proper handling of equipment at site * Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project scope * Supervise installation teams and ensure quality workmanship **Site Assessment \& Scope Management** * Review site conditions and confirm readiness before installation * Identify site requirements, constraints, and additional scope if any * Coordinate with relevant teams for smooth project execution **Installation Support** * Assist installation teams in mounting structures, wiring, and inverter setup * Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures * Monitor installation progress and resolve on\-site challenges **Troubleshooting \& Maintenance** * Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in new and existing solar systems * Perform testing, commissioning support, and system checks * Handle after\-sales service calls and ensure timely issue resolution **Coordination with Design Team** * Liaise with design/engineering team for technical clarifications * Provide site feedback to improve system design and execution * Ensure implementation aligns with approved design and specifications **Documentation \& Reporting** * Maintain site records, installation checklists, and daily progress reports * Share updates on project status, challenges, and completion timelines **Requirements:\-** * Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical * 1 year experience in electrical installation (residential/industrial preferred) * Basic understanding of solar systems * Ability to read electrical drawings * Strong troubleshooting skills * Valid driving license
