Our international customer base includes some of the world’s fastest\-growing fintech companies and leading financial institutions. **Your Contribution to Our Growth** This is a highly technical, hands\-on role focused on infrastructure architecture, Kubernetes operations, Kafka and distributed event\-streaming systems, infrastructure\-as\-code, deployment reliability, and observability. You’ll help establish engineering best practices, improve platform resilience, and build the automation and tooling that enable our teams to move quickly and safely at scale. You’ll work closely with engineering teams across infrastructure and application domains, contributing both strategically and technically to the systems that power our global trading platform. This is a Full\-Time, Permanent position working Hybrid out of our Dubai office. **What You’ll Do** * Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure across multi\-account cloud environments * Own and improve our Kubernetes platform running on Amazon EKS * Develop and maintain Infrastructure\-as\-Code practices using Terraform and Terragrunt * Improve deployment reliability through CI/CD enhancements, progressive delivery patterns, and automation * Build scalable operational tooling and reduce manual operational overhead across the engineering organization * Help define platform reliability, observability, and incident management best practices * Monitor and improve platform health, performance, scalability, and resiliency * Contribute to the operation and reliability of distributed data and streaming systems including Kafka/Confluent Platform * Lead technical investigations, postmortems, and reliability improvement initiatives * Mentor engineers and help raise technical standards across the organization * Partner cross\-functionally to align infrastructure and operational improvements with business priorities **We’d Love to See** * 7\+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Platform, DevOps, SRE, or Operational Excellence Engineering roles * Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and distributed systems architecture * Deep hands\-on experience managing Kubernetes/EKS environments in production * Strong Infrastructure\-as\-Code experience with Terraform and Terragrunt * Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation * Strong understanding of observability and monitoring practices, including metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting * Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and modern observability tooling * Familiarity with Kafka or Confluent Platform in production environments * Strong understanding of reliability, scalability, and operational best practices * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives These are not strict requirements to thrive in this role.
