Job Description
We are working with a leading international law firm who are seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join their Non-Contentious Construction team within their Dubai office.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and fast-growing Projects \& Construction practice, advising on a range of high-value complex construction projects and contractual issues for both international and domestic clients. The candidate will focus on international negotiation support and commercial, legal and contractual issues that arise during the lifecycle of a construction project.
The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria:
- 5+ PQE;
- Strong background in construction contract management and negotiation support;
- Strong academics;
- Technically excellent;
- Negotiation skills;
- Willingness to become involved in business development;
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
