About the Team
DoorDash’s New Verticals organization is accelerating one of our strategic pillars — DashMart, our first-party grocery and convenience delivery offering. We’re building and scaling new ways to delight our customers, leveraging DoorDash platform capabilities. The DashMart Fulfillment Services team brings the full power of DashMart to customers with new use cases and new lines of business that operate within our real estate. Our mission is to fulfill orders for trusted grocer & retailer selection, delivered with extremely high quality order fulfillment (near perfect) and extended availability. With DashMart Fulfillment Services, DoorDash is helping merchants grow, meet evolving consumer expectations, and unlock new opportunities and reach through its platform.
About the Role
As a Senior Associate you will lead the initial roll out, iteration, and growth of several new product features that enable DashMart Fulfillment Services. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with DoorDash product and engineering teams to ensure new features successfully meet Customer and partner expectations. You will be instrumental in coordinating the launch of these initiatives, managing cross-functional workflows, and ensuring that execution runs smoothly and efficiently.
You will report into the Senior Manager, DashMart Fulfillment Services on the DashMart Fulfillment Services team within the New Verticals organization.

- Collaborate. You will work with stakeholders like engineering, product management, product operations, and local operations to operationalize new product enhancements that enable our team to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
- Build. Act as a key consultant for new product builds, providing input to ensure builds are aligned with DashMart Fulfillment Services partner needs.
- Rally. Coordinate and track ongoing product initiatives, provide status updates and documentation, ensure deadlines are met, manage cross functional stakeholders and address any blockers quickly.
- Own. You’ll be responsible for all logistics and coordination for initiative roll-out to local sites, inclusive of communication strategy and pilot result assessments.
- Iterate. You will help collect and organize user feedback, support tickets, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and recommend process enhancements.
We’re excited about you because…
- You have 2-4+ years of experience working in a strategy, engineering, technical operations, product operations or a related field.
- You make room at the table - you have strong cross-functional skills and have experience with projects spanning across multiple teams, including external partners.
- You can prioritize. You will need to balance the needs of multiple different stakeholders ranging from site operators to engineers.
- You’re analytical. You have experience performing data analysis on a regular basis and can quickly interpret data points to understand root causes and potential solutions using tools like Cursor, Claude, SQL, inventory systems and internal databases.
- You have a completed Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, mathematics or business.
Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
