Sales Manager

Role Description This is a part\-time remote role for a Sales Manager at PPI Holdings, Inc. The Sales Manager will oversee sales performance across assigned territories or channels, monitor key metrics, and develop plans to meet revenue and growth targets. Day\-to\-day responsibilities include analyzing sales data, forecasting demand, and preparing regular performance reports for leadership. The role will collaborate with marketing, operations, and franchise teams to support promotional campaigns, optimize product mix, and ensure brand standards in customer\-facing initiatives. The Sales Manager will also build and maintain relationships with key partners, identify new business opportunities, and support training or coaching of sales staff to drive consistent, high\-quality execution. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales management, account management, or business development, ideally in quick\-service restaurants, retail, or FMCG. * Strong skills in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and interpreting sales and marketing performance data. * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) in a remote environment. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. * Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software to track results and present insights. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while working part time. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Experience working with or for global or multi\-unit brands is an advantage. * Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, customer\-focused practices and ethical business conduct. -
