Located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, Centre Point Hospitality is also expanding with upcoming ventures in New Mumbai, Raipur, and Goa, continuing its legacy of offering unmatched hospitality experiences. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role for a Room Division Duty Manager at our Navi Mumbai location. The role involves overseeing daily operations within the rooms division, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing front office functions such as receptionist duties, and maintaining customer service standards. The manager will also handle team training, resolve guest issues, and ensure smooth communication across departments to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences. **Qualifications** * Experience in Guest Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service * Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and front office operations * Ability to provide effective Training and development for team members * Strong interpersonal and problem\-solving skills * Excellent organizational and leadership abilities * Prior experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is preferred * A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related discipline is an advantage
