Responsibilities include providing guidance on creative projects, mentoring emerging artists, offering strategic advice for studio operations, and assisting in exhibitions or community engagement events. Additionally, the role involves fostering a collaborative and inspirational environment within the studio. **Qualifications** * Extensive professional experience in the arts, education, or related fields * Strong mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills * Knowledge of studio operations or experience organizing creative projects and exhibitions * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Passion for the arts and a commitment to nurturing talent in a collaborative environment * Ability to work on\-site in Lahore and engage actively with the studio’s community * Familiarity with cultural or community outreach initiatives is a plus
