We are seeking a Senior Accountant to manage core financial operations within a complex two-sided marketplace.
This role involves owning revenue, billing, reconciliation, and ensuring financial accuracy across advertisers, partners, and affiliate platforms. Key duties include managing invoicing, payouts, accounts payable, expense management, and supporting month-end close and reporting processes. The Senior Accountant will oversee US payroll and compliance, improve financial systems to reduce manual work, and resolve discrepancies independently. Ideal candidates have 3-6 years’ experience in accounting or finance, with strong knowledge of core processes (AP, AR, month-end close), and experience with tools like Xero or QuickBooks. They should be detail-oriented, proactive problem-solvers, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Preferred experience includes affiliate platforms, multi-currency setups, or adtech. The role offers remote work with high autonomy and impact, focusing on building scalable financial systems and processes.
