About the Firm:
A well-established California law firm is seeking a
Real Estate Litigation HOA Attorney
to join its growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity for attorneys licensed in California who have experience handling civil litigation matters, particularly those involving homeowners associations (HOA), real estate, or related litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HOA and civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Represent homeowners associations and property management clients in a variety of real estate and community association disputes.
- Advise clients on litigation strategy and provide practical legal counsel.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve successful case outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license in good standing.
- Experience in civil litigation (HOA litigation experience is highly preferred).
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and managing cases independently.
- Excellent client communication and case management abilities.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between
$150,000–$200,000
. *Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.*
Additional Compensation:
- Discretionary Year-End Bonus
